Refund policy

We are confident here at Veiled By LeNee that you will love all of your item(s) purchased.
However, if  for any reason, you are not happy and would like to return your item(s).  A Veiled By Le’Nee store credit in the form of an E-gift card. The credit will be issued with limited exceptions.  
With limited exceptions, we don’t not provide postage for returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
Refunds are issued via E-gift card less shipping  and restocking fee. Veiled By Le’Nee does not issue credits for the original shipping charges. 
•Item(s) must be retuned within 10 days of delivery.  
•A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted for the return. 
•Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
•Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 
•Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after item(s) are delivered to us. 
 
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This occurs when (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the package/order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. 
Returned-to-Sender & Refused packages will be restocked and a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge will be issued. 
 
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. 
 
Veiled By LeNee cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit, misplaced or incorrectly delivered if the shipment address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
It is strongly recommended that the items to be returned are sent with a delivery confirmation.  
Once items are received, we will process your refund (less shipping & restocking fee) for your purchase.
